At Aesthetic Dentistry of Manhattan we focus on improving and preserving your dental wellness. True preventive care minimizes your risk for developing any major dental problems moving forward. With that in mind you can expect your first visit here to be focused on gathering a comprehensive amount of information about your dental health. We ask that each patient take the time to fill out our medical and dental questionnaires prior to your appointment so that the visit is as efficient as possible. If you have had a full set of dental x-rays taken within the past 3 years we encourage you to provide us with the x-rays. If not we are able to take a new set of x-rays using our digital x-ray system to provide us with full diagnostic information about your health. Combined with our comprehensive examination, this will allow us to begin to develop a risk profile for you in regards to your dental health. Each patient we see receives a uniquely tailored dental risk assessment that is then used to guide your care in our practice.
